For the spectacular work in the post "Civilian Woes" (http://powerrangers.x10host.com/index.php/sim/viewpost/54) in building a fun yet tense battle scene that is one of the better ones I've read in a very long time, featuring both great combat writing and creative use of the Solar Weapons transformation abilities to create a dynamic and interesting scene.
